Please read these terms carefully before using the fbajia platform. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are agreeing to these terms.
Important Notice: These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the fbajia platform and all its services. By accessing the site or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
General Provisions
fbajia ("we", "our", or "platform") provides an online gaming and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between fbajia and its registered users ("you" or "member").
These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are considered an integral part of these Terms.
fbajia provides gaming facilities for entertainment purposes only. The platform uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to ensure a safe and fair environment. Every game is operated in accordance with fair play principles.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
To open an account and use the services on fbajia, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform provides services only to those aged 21 and above.
- You must be a legally competent individual who is able to enter into a contract on your own behalf.
- Participating in online gaming or betting must be lawful for you in the jurisdiction where you reside.
- You have not been banned from fbajia due to any prior violation.
fbajia strictly prohibits underage gaming. Providing false information during the age verification process is a serious violation and will result in the immediate closure of the account. For ages 21+ only.
fbajia may request relevant documents for age and identity verification at any time. Payments and withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one fbajia account. Having multiple accounts under the same person or opening an account in a third party's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
3.2 Registration Information
At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes:
- Full legal name (as per national identity card)
- Date of birth
- Valid email address
- Active mobile number
- Current residential address
Providing incorrect or misleading information may cause delays in the verification process and result in suspension of services.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
fbajia currently supports the following mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
4.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200).
Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal: ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit. Processing may be delayed due to technical issues, bank holidays, or fraud investigations.
4.4 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. fbajia will never ask for your bank or mobile banking PIN or password. If anyone asks for this information, refuse immediately and inform us.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
fbajia follows a strict anti-money laundering policy. Suspicious transactions or unusual financial activity may be held pending investigation. fbajia reserves the right to provide information to relevant authorities when required.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
fbajia offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Accepting this bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x).
Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
Example 2: ৳26,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳41,000.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may only be used once.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes cashable once the wagering requirement is met.
- Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- fbajia reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
5.3 VIP Program
fbajia offers three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Gold. Regularly active players may be promoted to higher tiers based on their activity.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Fairness
All games on fbajia are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely unbiased and unpredictable. Games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and other reputable providers are regularly verified through third-party audits.
6.2 Betting Rules
Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed on the game screen. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void and the amount will be deducted from the member's balance. If a game result is affected by a disconnection, a decision will be made based on the server log.
6.3 Sports Betting
Specific rules apply when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, Premier League), kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbajia platform:
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or unfair means.
- Playing games using software bots, automated programs, or artificial intelligence.
- Claiming bonuses or exploiting the system by creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's servers or systems.
- Harassing other members or fbajia staff.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Playing on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
- Using fbajia services while under a ban.
fbajia reserves the right to suspend accounts, forfeit balances, and transfer information to relevant authorities in the investigation of any prohibited activity.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting fbajia support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure, however bonuses may be cancelled if pending wagering has not been completed.
10.2 Suspension by fbajia
fbajia may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:
- Engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
- Failure to provide verification documents.
- A serious violation of any section of these Terms.
- Reasonable grounds for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- An order from a court or authority.
Limitation of Liability
fbajia puts forth its best efforts to operate a safe and reliable gaming platform. However, fbajia is not responsible for the following:
- Loss of games or transactions caused by internet connection disruptions.
- Errors by third-party payment gateways or mobile banking providers.
- Losses caused by technical problems with your device or network.
- Uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, etc.

Changes to Terms
fbajia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be given advance notice via email or through the platform. Continued use of fbajia after updated terms are published will be understood as your acceptance of the new terms.
